A premier professional development experience for front-line human service workers and their managers who are ready to strengthen professionalism, teamwork, and real-world outcomes.

This academy is designed for credible messengers, violence prevention professionals, mentors, and community change agents who want practical strategies that translate directly into stronger engagement, better coordination with partners, and measurable impact with the people they serve.

Participants will learn how to:

• Apply best practices from the Transformational Mentoring movement
• Strengthen their professional role as Transformational Change Agents
• Promote client transformation and self-discovery
• Work effectively with system partners, community-based organizations, administrators, and stakeholders
• Uphold professional standards for community change work
• Support agency outcomes and individual performance objectives
• Apply stages of change, goal setting, boundaries, motivational interviewing, self-care, trauma-informed practices, integrity, and confidentiality
