The Academy for Transformational Change has partnered with Social Capital Builders, the lead agency in social capital, to bring you a training experience rooted in connection driven impact. The Academy for Transformational Change welcomes you into a space built for people who are serious about creating real progress in their communities. ATC is designed to help professionals tap into the power of social capital, expand the networks around the people they serve, and strengthen the ties between systems, neighborhoods, and industry opportunity fields. This is where practical skill building meets a deeper commitment to connection driven change. As you move through ATC, you will learn tools that translate directly into better engagement, stronger coordination with partners, and more meaningful outcomes for the individuals and communities you support.
Registration includes
  • Two full days of interactive, high impact training designed to strengthen engagement and expand networks.
  • Light breakfast and lunch provided on both days.
  • Three months of follow up coaching to support implementation, reinforce skills, and help your team turn insights into measurable progress.
